He is Risen—And So Am I

On this Resurrection Sunday, I pause to honor and give glory to my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. His resurrection is the ultimate symbol of hope, redemption, and new life—and I hold that truth close, not just today, but every day.

Because of Him, I know what it means to rise.

I’ve come from a place of pain, of struggle, of brokenness—but by God’s grace, I didn’t stay there. My journey toward Whole Health has been nothing short of resurrection. It’s been a rising from darkness into light, from survival into purpose, from silence into peace.

I’m not just alive—I’m living. Whole. Healing. Becoming.

And for that, I give thanks to the One who rose first so that we all might rise again.
