About the event
This month in celebration of motherly love join us to demonstrate our support for motherhood and the heart chakra of love as we pay homage to "the mom" in all of us. Healing your heart chakra is one of the most important steps you can take in your self-love journey. We are in such gratitude to have Where We Meet, Inc. to bring writing prompts to SheForce. Here is what to expect:
• Discovering your heart chakra with journal prompts
• Open and heal your body’s energy core
• Inspire love, compassion, trust, understanding, peace and kindness
• Release any self-criticism or self-judgment
• Choosing self-compassion over self-criticism
